The fastest circuit in the UK, Thruxton is a sequence of high speed bends around the perimeter of a former RAF base. The famous Church bend is the ultimate corner and taken on the absolute limit of grip and tarmac.
It's a racers favourite, playing host to the BTCC and SuperBikes amongst others and demands precision, lots of commitment and stamina. Wide with lots of space and only one chicane, Thruxton suits powerful cars but has very tight noise limits. |
