Silverstone is considered the home of British Motorsport , is heavily invested and one of the very few original F1 circuits since its creation in 1950.
Although the layout has undergone major changes over the years, it's still characterised by some of the fastest and well known corners in the world including Copse, Stowe, Abbey and Woodcote and don't forget the Hangar and Wellington Straights. Silverstone has 3 layouts and appears on every major motorsport championship, the Grand Prix layout being the newest, longest and most challenging. Silverstone is a fast, wide circuit with lots of space and good facilities. |
